Tips While Visiting La Sagrada Familia:

The Sagrada Familia is not only well-known to be Barcelona, Spain’s No. 1 tourist attraction, it’s also known for entrance queues. You can spend 2 hours or more in line. You should prepare yourself waiting on queue for several hours under the hot Spanish sun. It is recommended to bring plenty of water as well as sun block with you.

La Sagrada Familia Online Ticket Advice

It is highly recommended to purchase your tickets in advance for Barcelona’s No. 1 tourist destination. The basilica gets to attract 3,000,000 visitors each year and there are often very long queues in order to get inside.

In order to avoid such long line, it’s advisable to pre-book your entrance tickets to the Sagrada Familia most importantly during the peak months of April to September. Another concern that should be kept in mind: once Sagrada Familia reaches its capacity of visitors, they will not allow you to enter until such time that the number of visitors inside the basilica has decreased to a safe level.
